Vacancies, Notices and Application Form as per Noticeboard and westpennard.org.uk with request for same to be submitted to the clerk for meeting 13.10.25.
Following due process electors may write to Somerset Council Chief Executive, Electoral Services. Should this number ten electors an election will be called.
After 14.10.25 West Pennard Parish Council may then co-opt. Therefore in that event co-option will take place at November 10th meeting.
It should be noted councillors must declare an interest if appropriate.
Voting will then be by a majority.
