Representative from the above group informed the parish council a petition requesting speed indicator devices will be presented at the next meeting.

There were Nil Declarations of Interest.

Minutes of the last meeting were approved and signed.

Matters arising from the last minutes:-

Clerk reported Somerset Council Traffic management are in the process of updating documentation for Speed Indicator Devices and will forward when completed.

The Traffic Management Action Group have been informed.

Avon and Somerset Police have been contacted to perform regular speed checks.

War Memorial.

T. Holley reported having received a quote from Bale Stonemasonry for £1092 incl VAT. to take out damaged stones and replace with new, grout with a lime and mortar mix to match the stones and carve a chamfer on the stones.

Installation of 2No conservation style rooflights to rear roof slope/The Old Manor/Kennard Moor Drove/Coxbridge/Planning Ref 2025/1564/LBC.

It was Proposed, seconded and passed Recommend Approval.

Highways Matters.

  1. Blocked drain opposite Inistor, Southtown Lane - work in progress.
  2. Moggs hole has had two areas of the road patched.
  3. Stockbridge Lane is in a hazardous state.
  4. Subsidence/road damage outside Old farm, Page Lane.

Items 3 and 4 to be reported to Highways.
