Litter picking - question as to insurance. Clerk confirmed insurance covers up to 10 authorised volunteers. Councillor Oakerbee will liase with the group. Clerk confirmed T. House regularly litter-picks Woodlands road.
S.I.Ds Update - Awaiting quote from G. A. Doble for the erection of posts.

Pavement Clearance through the village on the A361 duly noted and commended. Letter of thanks to be sent to Highways.
Clerk to report very bad state of the road in Page Lane the entire length and subsidence at Old Farm.
Clerk reported Chair G. Willcox in hospital - all present signed a Get Well Card.
