Planning:  Prior Approval Determination under the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order 2015) (As Amended).

Erection of single-storey rear extension which would extend beyond the rear wall of the original house by 5.5m with a maximum height of 3.1m and eaves height of 2.5m/Churchfield/Newtown lane. 

Prior Approval not required.

 

Planning Application:-

Re-instate window at the re-elevation of the property to it's original design and maintaining the existing frame/Mulberry Cottage/Scottles lane.  Listed Building Consent.

Proposed, seconded and Passed Recommend Approval.

Highways Matters to be reported:

Bradley Way and Scotts lane in very bad state of repair.
