Proposed, seconded and passed recommend Refusal on the following grounds: -
1. Proposed is outside of the development limit.
2. Very narrow Access onto Laurel street and then the A361 which is below modern day standards for junction visibility. Laurel Street already provides the sole means of vehicular accesses to 6 other dwellings, farmland and a busy MOT and vehicle repair workshop business.
Highways matters.
Poor state of Newtown lane outside Yew Cottage down to the War Memorial.
