Public speaking-time:-
Concerns expressed by parishioner present that the proposed developments as per planning ensures catchment of water run-off will be sufficient to protect Bradley Way from flooding and road surface damage as well as minimising the amount of hardstanding relating to those developments.

Withdrawal of School Transport for pupils to Wells Blue School who pay to use it.
Clerk to write to County Councillor N. Hewett-Cooper with SCC's reply highlighting the ecological impact of those pupils' parents' cars ferrying them to school which are believed to number 20 pupils from West Pennard.

Planning:-
Planning decision, MDC - Approval of non material amendment to change external garden walls around pool to be buff coloured render instead of rubble stone/Whitegates.
Planning Applications.
1 and 2. Amended plans, Erection of 2 silage clamps and slurry tank/Higher Southtown Farm.
Proposed, seconded and passed recommend Approval with the provisio there will be effective catchment of run off water, landscaping to buffer these and housing development and that the silage pits are contained on site.
3. Construction of agricultural building to be used for housing dairy young stock and general farm storage/Knapp Farm.

4. Application for Approval of reserved matters following outline approval for the erection of a single dwelling and associated access. Matters of appearance/landscaping/layout/scale to be determined/Field View/Stockbridge lane to Steanbow.
