D.Cllr J. Greenhalgh reported new admin are settling-in and training for the Licencing and Planning Boards are complete.
2 planning applications have been withdrawn - as per Planning.
The Old Cider House/Newtown lane. A planning application is expected to be submitted.
Development to be monitored.
Correspondence - circulated.
Finance - Cheque drawn for £111.50. Election Expenses. Mendip District Council.
Bank statement circulated showing a balance of £5,126.24 before drawing of cheque above.
Planning: plans withdrawn - Erection of slurry tank, Erection of 2 silage clamps/Southtown Farm and Erection of a dwelling with agricultural tie/Land adjacent to Southtown Farm.
Planning Decisions, Mendip District Council:-
1. Provide roof over 2 existing yards for loafing/feeding cattle/Land at Stickleball Lane - Approved.
2. Erection 2 tree tents and kitchen/shower and wc/Pennard Hill Farm - Approved.
Planning Application.
Proposed single storey extension forming self contained annexe/Old Station House/Stockbridge lane to Steanbow.
Proposed, seconded and passed Recommend Approval.
Highways Matters to be reported:-
Request reinstatement of faded white-lining at junctions - Newtown lane, Baltonsborough (off A361), and short road between Bradley lane and Coxbridge .
