Present:-  G. Willcox, T. Hodgson, M. Colman, J. Gane, D. Creed, M. Heal, P. Gurl, J. Tucker, A. Creed.

Election of Chair and Vice Chair.

It was proposed, seconded and passed G. Willcox to be  re-elected as Chair.

It was proposed, seconded and passed J. Tucker to be  re-elected as Vice Chair.

Both signed the Declaration of Acceptance of Office Book.

Minutes of the last Annual Parish/Parish Council Meeting were approved and signed.

Chair's Report was circulated.

The Accounts and Annual Return (AGAR) were presented for inspection .

There being no further business the meeting was closed.
