Damage to footpath behind school following erection of new fence will be repaired during school Easter-break.

Withdrawal of Wells Blue School Bus Service for fee-paying parents affecting West Pennard and surrounding villages: Clerk to write to Somerset County Council.

Planning:-
Conversion of Barn to a multi-functional space consisting of a meeting room, consulting rooms and ancillary facilities/Upper Woodlands Farm. Full and Listed Building Consent.
The Parish Council Recommend Approval with the provisios that
a. Facilities only to be used by residing guests.
b. The site does not increase in size.
The Old Cider House/Newtown lane.
Enforcement Officer, Mendip District Council has informed the parish council the landowner of the site has been asked to submit a retrospective planning application to regularise the development on site that is not permitted development and what is intended for future development of the site.
Highways Matters:
Very dangerous state of road after re-surfacing in Sawpitts lane - A. Creed to report as he knows the exact location.

Query as to use of school playground out of hours/holidays - not permissible for reasons of safeguarding and insurance.
