As per our Business Continuity Motion the following Planning Applications were viewed by all parish councillors with the following observations - concluded by 12.05.2020

1.  Erection of replacement dwelling/East St Farm/East St - Ref 2020/0338FUL - Recommend Approval.

2.  App for Outline Planning with some matters reserved for Erection 1 dwellinghousewith details of access/parking and turning/Haycroft/Havyatt - Ref 2020/0673/OTS - Observations - too close to main road and concerns re visibility onto the A361 and dangerous corner.

3.  Erection 1 single-storey dwellinghouse and associated works/Land adjacent to Lippiatts/Newtown Lane - Ref 2020/0671/FUL - Observations - Design not in keeping and concern re vehicular access and would be a traffic pinch-point for school/pedestrians/vehicular.

Appeal decision ref Planning APP/Q3305/W/19/3232286 - Upper Woodlands Farm - Erection 5 Holiday-let cabins, Laundry room, storage shed and extensionof existing spa building - Dismissed.

 

Precept 2020/21 - received £6,500.

Bal thus £7789.74.00.
