Finance:

Precept 2019/20.

Proposed, seconded and passed the parish council precept for £5,000.00.

Cheques drawn:

1.  Clerk's Wage £2,000.00.

2.  Village Hall Management Committee.  Upkeep of the Hall.  £500.00.

Planning:-

Planning decisions, Mendip District Council:-

1.  Outline planning with some matters reserved for erection of a replacement dwelling, home office and revised access with details of access/Field View/Stockbridge lane - Approved.

2.  Replace flat garage roof with pitched roof/Stoneleigh/Newtown lane - Approved.

Planning Application.

Application for a lawful development certificate of existing use as a residential dwelling/Hazeldene/The Bungalow/Woodlands road to Stockbridge lane.

Proposed, seconded and passed Recommend Approval.

Highways Matters:-

Bradley lane and Redlake have very bad potholes - to be reported.
